Is it possible to change the delivery address after dispatch?

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. We understand that situations may arise where you need to modify the address. Still, we cannot make such changes after the package has left our facilities due to Logistical Processes, Package Security, and Carrier Regulations.

Address Changes for Undispatched Orders

Is it possible to change the delivery address before dispatch?

Yes, changing the delivery address for orders that have not yet been dispatched is possible. We offer the flexibility to modify the address in the following circumstances:

Address Changes for Print-on-Demand Orders

For Print on Demand orders, we allow changes to the delivery address as long as the order has not been dispatched. This ensures that your product reaches the correct location without causing delays.

Address Changes for Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, we allow changes to the delivery address if we haven't reached the production stage. Each bulk order has a specific deadline for making changes, which depends on various logistical and production factors.

How Can I know if my order is Print-on-Demand or Bulk?

Bulk orders are when your organization sets a large number of products to be sent to the company or for a large number of employees, generally related to an organization's campaign.
