If your swag is being shipped internationally, customs may charge a fee to allow it into your country. Don't worry; if so, we will refund all the taxes paid. We want to ensure you receive your swag without any issues and at no extra cost.
How can I get the fees refunded?
Contact our customer support team with the customs fee payment receipt, and we will process the refund as soon as possible.
After contacting our support team, you will receive an email from our payments provider. From there, you have to to fill out the form with your bank account details to which you wish to receive the refund. Also, from there, you will be able to track the transfer.
