With PerkUp, you can be sent company swag and enter your product preferences (sizing, colors, etc) along with your shipping details for seamless delivery! Here'ss what you need to know about company swag on PerkUp. 

With your PerkUp funds, you can browse your company's

 and use your balance to purchase company-branded merch. "Swag" can be approved as a merchant category in any of your rewards, or you can receive a monetary reward with swag as the solely approved merchant category. 

Whenever you receive a swag reward (swag as the solely approved merchant category), any attempted purchase not from the Swag Store will decline automatically. 

Important points about your PerkUp Swag Store:

When completing a swag purchase, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address and sizing preferences. If color options are available for the specific product, you can also decide whicone you'ddd like to opt for before checking out.

Your company can send swag items as gifts, and any time you receive a swag gift, you will be notified via email to enter the above details and complete the acceptance process; an example of the email you will recieve is: 

To see if we ship to your country, you can check the product info for the item you want to order. You'll find a list of countries where we can ship there. Keep in mind; that some products might not be available for shipping to certain countries

With PerkUp, you can be sent gifts and enter your own shipping details for seamless delivery! Here's what you need to know about your reward funds.

Whenever you receive a curated gift item from your company, you will be notified via email and can then accept it into your PerkUp account.

If the gift is swappable, you will have the opportunity to choose another item from PerkUp’s gift catalog and find something that may speak better to you.

Please note that you will be prompted to enter your shipping information to complete the acceptance process for each gift.

With PerkUp, you can be sent monetary rewards that once accepted, will be loaded onto your PerkUp card and available for you to spend! Here's what you need to know about your reward funds. 

In your account, you’ll find a PerkUp card made for you that works like a preloaded Visa card. It comes with its own unique card number, CVC, and expiration date:

When you receive your first reward, you will be notified via email to set up your account and complete card activation. 

To activate your PerkUp card, you will need to click on the blue “Activate card” button:

You can access your PerkUp card and available balance at any time in the 

Any time your PerkUp balance is $0, the card will automatically reflect an “inactive” status. This is to let you know that there is no spending capability, but once funds are available, the card will automatically activate. 

You can use your PerkUp card as the payment method to complete transactions locally, online, and even in-person with each reward! 

Your company’s Admin sets the parameters for which PerkUp categories are approved for spending in every reward you receive. 

To determine which merchants are eligible, click on the reward in your dashboard to view the available category icons and are notified when all merchants are available:

You can explore and gain inspiration for merchants to spend within the 

 tab. Remember that you’re not limited to just this list! As long as the merchant accepts Visa and the purchase meets the parameters of your reward, you should be able to complete the purchase with your PerkUp card.

There is an option to add your PerkUp card to 

 to allow for convenient in-person purchases. You can also request a physical PerkUp card to be sent to you!

Many merchants won’t allow for split transactions between your PerkUp card and a personal bank card. As a workaround, you have the option to add 

 to your PerkUp balance and top off your budget.

Can I transfer a monetary reward outside of PerkUp

No, it is impossible to transfer any monetary rewards outside of PerkUp; only personal funds you added in the past can be transferred, and you will receive the funds using the same payment method you used to add them.

If the mail carrier attempted to deliver your package but you could not receive it, we can offer a free reshipment within 30 days of the product being returned to us. However, you must contact us before this 30-day period expires to arrange the reshipment. 

, we will not be able to offer a free reshipment. In that case, you must either repurchase the product or ask your organization's admin to resend the reward.

My order says delivered, but I did not receive it.

If your order shows as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please consider the following:

 Double-check that the shipping address on your order is correct.

Check with Household Members or Neighbors:

 Ensure that someone else in your household or a neighbor hasn’t received the package on your behalf.

 Packages are sometimes left in the mailbox, so be sure to check that as well.

We can offer one complimentary re-shipment of your order. If this fails to deliver, you’d be responsible for a third attempt's total order and delivery cost.

Your package is delivered but is missing one or more items

If an order arrives with a missing item, we will gladly ship out the missing piece. Please note that 

 for quality control purposes, and claims must be submitted

Customers in the United States and Canada are able to purchase Amazon products directly through their PerkUp accounts! 

How to purchase from Amazon in your PerkUp account:

1. Once you’ve signed in to your account, click on the Amazon tab in the left-hand navigation: 

Please note that Amazon will only be available in your navigation bar if your rewards have Amazon approved as a merchant category.

2. To get started, choose a product category or search for a product directly through the search bar: 

3. When searching for a product, you can scroll through the available options and continue filtering for the specific item you’re looking for. 

4. If you’re purchasing apparel or anything that requires personalization, the customization options will be available once you click on the product: 

5. Once you’ve made your product selection and modified the customization options to your liking, you can click “Buy Now” to move forward with the purchase.

6. Once at checkout, you will be prompted to confirm your shipping address and to review the selected items too.

7. After this information is confirmed, you can click “Place your order” and complete the purchasing process:

Amazon Business Prime shipping is also available for qualifying orders!

The Amazon integration in PerkUp will give you the freedom to spend your PerkUp balance however you like and adds a layer of convenience.

How to purchase from Amazon Business through your PerkUp account

PerkUp is excited to get you started with making purchases on the platform! 

The PerkUp Card functions like a Visa, complete with a 16-digit number, expiration date, and CVC. 

It's usable for online/in-person purchases and accepted wherever Visa is. 

The PerkUp Card is usable for any product or service, provided your company approves it for "all merchants" and Visa is accepted. Check approved merchants in your rewards dashboard under listed icons.

Click on a reward to check the approved merchant categories: 

The icon on the right-hand side of the reward will let you know if it's available to use for all merchants: 

 in PerkUp to browse products, gift vouchers, and the Amazon catalog to spend your funds.

Feel free to add your PerkUp card to Apple Wallet or Google Pay for easy in-person spending!

What can I spend my funds on?

The PerkUp card has been created with convenience, flexibility, and accessibility in mind. That’s why we have 2 different options available for spending your rewards!

Working similarly to the regular Visa, each PerkUp card arrives with its unique card number, expiry date, and CVC code. 

As long as the merchant you're purchasing with is approved within your reward and accepts Visa as a payment method, you can use your PerkUp card to complete the transaction! 

The Virtual PerkUp Card is perfect for making online purchases and can also be used in person by adding it to your 

Your virtual card allows you to have convenient access to all card details and lets you copy them (card number, CVC, expiry date) directly from your PerkUp account when making online transactions. 

When considering a Physical PerkUp Card, it’s important to remember that you 

. You will still have access to your PerkUp account to review your balance and available rewards and browse merchants!

This version is perfect if you enjoy having a handheld card when shopping and making purchases. It allows you to use the card as a Visa and take it with you wherever you go. 

It’s important to note that you must hold onto your physical PerkUp card to make purchases as you will use the same card to redeem all rewards, old or new.

What to do if you have not received an email notification 

We can't wait for you to redeem your monetary reward and spend it on something that speaks to you! Accepting the reward is easy on PerkUp, and here's how to do it.

1. Any time a reward is sent to you by your company, you should receive an email informing you that it is available to accept. 

2. Within this email, you will see an "Accept Reward" option and can directly click on it to be redirected to accept it in your PerkUp account:

How to accept a monetary reward to your PerkUp account

When you are sent a lunch reward, you will first receive an email notification. Once the reward has been accepted, you can click it in your 

. Here, you'll find a few key pieces of information including the start date, expiry date and the approved categories.

A lunch reward is simply a reward that has been approved for 

When you receive lunch rewards, you have a couple choices:

Use your Perk Card to purchase from a specific vendor directly

To see a list of the lunch-eligible gift cards, go to the 

 in your PerkUp account. When you've decided on a gift card you'd like, complete the purchase by checking out. 

Once the purchase has been completed, you will receive an email with the redemption instructions for that gift card. In most cases, you can expect to receive the email within a few seconds, but certain gift cards can take up to 5 minutes to be delivered.

You can also view the redemption instructions by clicking on the transaction on the 

 to order lunch directly from a vendor of your choice. The Perk Card works just like a Visa card and, when you have a lunch reward, can be used to order from:

Food delivery services (UberEats, DoorDash, Grab, etc.)

How do I use a lunch reward?

International users rejoice! You can change your currency settings to display your PerkUp funds in your local currency! 

Click on the currency dropdown (see below).

5. That's it! Moving forward, all activity in your PerkUp account will be displayed in your chosen currency.

Please note that the conversion rate is updated once every 24 hours. If you change your display currency, you may notice daily fluctuations in your balance.

All transactions will be denominated in USD. 

As an admin, updating the display currency for your organization will update the default display currency for all your organization's members. Individuals will be override this setting in their own account settings.

Note: changing the display currency will only affect the member view. All transactions and organization activity will be displayed in USD.

If your swag is being shipped internationally, customs may charge a fee to allow it into your country. Don't worry; if so, we will refund all the taxes paid. We want to ensure you receive your swag without any issues and at no extra cost. 

Contact our customer support team with the customs fee payment receipt, and we will process the refund as soon as possible. 

After contacting our support team, you will receive an email from our payments provider. From there, you have to to fill out the form with your bank account details to which you wish to receive the refund. Also, from there, you will be able to track the transfer.

Is it possible to change the delivery address after dispatch?

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. We understand that situations may arise where you need to modify the address. Still, we cannot make such changes after the package has left our facilities due to Logistical Processes, Package Security, and Carrier Regulations.

Is it possible to change the delivery address before dispatch?

Yes, changing the delivery address for orders that have not yet been dispatched is possible. We offer the flexibility to modify the address in the following circumstances:

Address Changes for Print-on-Demand Orders

For Print on Demand orders, we allow changes to the delivery address as long as the order has not been dispatched. This ensures that your product reaches the correct location without causing delays.

For bulk orders, we allow changes to the delivery address if we haven't reached the production stage. Each bulk order has a specific deadline for making changes, which depends on various logistical and production factors.

How Can I know if my order is Print-on-Demand or Bulk?

Bulk orders are when your organization sets a large number of products to be sent to the company or for a large number of employees, generally related to an organization's campaign.

If you are not completely sure which type of order your order belongs to, our Support Team is always available through our live chat.

1. Make Sure to Select the Correct Country

Before purchasing your Gift Card, you must ensure you're buying the card for the correct country. In the upper right corner of our page, you'll see an icon indicating the current country. If the gift card you want is for a different country, change it to avoid any issues with redeeming it.

It is important to note that gift card availability may vary. If you can't find the gift card you're looking for, it might not be available now or in your country. We suggest checking back after some time to see if the card you want has become available.

Once you finish placing your order on the transaction tab, you will have the redemption instructions and the link or the redemption code for your gift card, as in the image below: 

What if I bought a gift card for the wrong country?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you purchase a gift card for the wrong country. Therefore, it's essential to ensure you select the correct country before completing your purchase.

Can I exchange my gift card for another one?

Once you have already made a purchase, it is not possible to swap any gift card.

All organizations have the possibility to restrict some functionality on our site. In case you dont our Gift Cards Shop, it is possible that your organization doesn't have the Gift Card Shop active.

Our users may have multiple rewards, each with its own budget. However, when making transactions, currently the system does not allow selecting which reward the amount will be deducted from. If you need to reassign a transaction to a different reward, our support team can assist, as long as the following conditions are met:

The target reward must apply to the expense category.

  
   Ensure that the reward you want to move the transaction to allows this type of expense. If the expense is not eligible under the rules of the target reward, we will not be able to complete the reassignment.

The target reward must have available balance.
