Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident when sending or receiving swag through PerkUp. While most orders arrive as expected, sometimes issues happen. This policy explains when returns or exchanges are available.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, PerkUp will provide a free replacement.
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Share a clear description of the issue.
- Attach photos showing the problem.
Once reviewed, we’ll process a replacement at no cost to you.
Buyer’s Remorse
PerkUp does not accept returns or refunds for cases of buyer’s remorse (for example, if you no longer want the item).
Size Exchanges
Because all items are produced on demand, we cannot offer size exchanges after an order has been processed and delivered.

PerkUp’s Shipping and Delivery Policy
At PerkUp, we want to make sure your swag arrives on time and in great condition. This policy covers what to expect with shipping, tracking, and delivery, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you can view the tracking information in the Transactions tab of your PerkUp account. You’ll also receive email updates as your order moves through transit.
Order Delays
Orders may be delayed if:
- No Tracking ID: No tracking number is available after 2 weeks of ordering.
- No Tracking Updates: The tracking status hasn’t moved for more than 1 week.
- Past Delivery Date: The order is past its estimated delivery date, but hasn’t arrived.
If your order has no tracking at all, contact support. If your order appears to be delayed, contact the courier directly as they will have the most up-to-date information on your shipment.
Missed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier tried to deliver your package but you weren’t available:
- We can reship the item for free once it’s returned to us.
- You must contact us within 14 days to arrange the reshipment.
- After 14 days, you’ll need to repurchase the item at your own cost.
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it:
- Double-check the shipping address on your order.
- Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Inspect your mailbox or delivery area.
If you still can’t locate it, we can provide one complimentary re-shipment. If that also fails, the cost of any additional attempts will be your responsibility. Claims must be made within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
Lost in Transit
If your package appears to be lost in transit (for example, tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period):
- First, contact the courier directly to confirm the package’s status.
- If the courier confirms that the shipment is officially lost, share this confirmation with PerkUp Support.
- Once verified, we’ll process a reorder and ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Missing Items in a Delivery
If an order arrives incomplete, we’ll gladly send the missing item(s).
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Please provide photos so our team can confirm and improve quality control.
