PerkUp’s return and exchange policy

Damaged Goods

If your order was damaged during shipment, PerkUp will take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. Please reach out to our team via the support chat, share a detailed description of the problem, and also attach a quality photo where we can see the issue. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Once we’ve reviewed the case, we’ll gladly assist you and reship the product!

Buyer's Remorse

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. PerkUp’s return policy does not cover buyer’s remorse, so we won’t be able to issue a refund for orders due to this. We appreciate your understanding of this.

Size Exchanges

PerkUp cannot provide size exchanges on orders once they’ve been processed and after they’re successfully delivered. Please review the size guide before placing your order to avoid purchasing an incorrect size. Thank you for understanding.

PerkUp’s shipping and delivery policy

Order Delayed

Your order may be delayed if:

  • No Tracking ID: If your order doesn't have a tracking ID after 1 week of being placed.
  • No Tracking Updates: If there has been no movement on the tracking status for more than 1 week.
  • Past Delivery Date: If the shipping status shows the delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your order.

The mail carrier attempted delivery, but I couldn’t receive the package:

If the mail carrier attempted to deliver your package but you could not receive it, we can offer a free reshipment within 30 days of the product being returned to us. However, you must contact us before this 30-day period expires to arrange the reshipment.

Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a free reshipment. In that case, you must either repurchase the product or ask your organization's admin to resend the reward.

My order says delivered, but I did not receive it.

If your order shows as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please consider the following:

1. Verify the Shipping Address: Double-check that the shipping address on your order is correct.

2. Check with Household Members or Neighbors: Ensure that someone else in your household or a neighbor hasn’t received the package on your behalf.

3. Inspect Your Mailbox: Packages are sometimes left in the mailbox, so be sure to check that as well.

We can offer one complimentary re-shipment of your order. If this fails to deliver, you’d be responsible for a third attempt's total order and delivery cost.

Your package is delivered but is missing one or more items

If an order arrives with a missing item, we will gladly ship out the missing piece. Please note that detailed photos are required for quality control purposes, and claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
