PerkUp is a gifting and swag management platform designed to help teams send meaningful rewards to employees, customers, and partners—anywhere in the world.
Swag Management
PerkUp allows you to create, store, and send branded swag through two flexible options:
- On Demand Swag: Send items one at a time with no minimums. Perfect for new hires, spot rewards, or remote teams.
- Bulk Swag: Order larger quantities for events, conferences, or team-wide programs. We manage storage and global shipping for you.
You can choose from premium branded items (e.g., Nike, North Face) or fully custom white-label products.
Gift and Gift Card Catalogs
PerkUp gives you access to:
- Global Gifts: A curated catalog of 60,000+ physical gifts across dozens of categories, shipped directly to recipients.
- Gift Cards: Over 5,000 digital gift cards from top global brands like Amazon, Uber Eats, and Netflix. All gift cards are region-optimized based on recipient location.
Perk Card
The Perk Card is a prepaid Visa card you can issue directly to team members. Features include:
- Available in virtual or physical form
- Can be used online or in-store
- Compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Pay
- Works in over 200 countries with no foreign exchange fees
Automated Gifting
You can schedule rewards based on key lifecycle events:
- New Hire Swag: Send swag or funds automatically before or after the employee’s start date.
- Birthdays & Work Anniversaries: Set up recurring automations to celebrate milestones.
- Manager Notifications: Alert managers before upcoming events.
All automation activity can be tracked and downloaded for review.
Direct Mail & Spot Rewards
Send items directly to an employee’s home or office. You can also send spot rewards on the fly with pre-set templates for things like:

Event Swag Coordination
Use the Events tab to manage swag shipments for upcoming marketing events or conferences. You can:

Upload and manage your employee directory directly in PerkUp. You can:
- Assign roles and permissions by user
- Manage budgets and team assignments Customize fields like employee ID, start date, and department
- Toggle between organizations if you manage multiple entities
Permissions & Budget Controls
PerkUp supports flexible access management. You can:
- Set who can send rewards, view balances, or manage swag
- Assign specific budgets to managers or departments
- Control visibility and transaction limits by role
Reporting & Finance
PerkUp provides downloadable reports on:

- Transactions
- Account balances
- Engagement metrics
- Employee activity
You can fund your company balance via bank transfer or credit card and manage invoices directly in your account.

Security, Privacy & Compliance
PerkUp is SOC 2 Type II compliant and regularly completes external penetration testing. You can request security documentation at any time. We also prioritize sustainable operations through local sourcing, warehousing, and verified factory partners.
