Welcome to PerkUp, we’re so glad you’re here! Before you get started on the platform, here’s what you need to know.

PerkUp is an employee rewards platform that lets you use your rewards on things you actually want including lifestyle, food, wellness, fitness, home office, education, and more!

With PerkUp, you decide how to spend your rewards and funds and there’s sure to be something for everyone!

In your account, you will find a PerkUp card made for you that works like a preloaded Visa card. It comes with its own unique card number, CVC and expiration date. 

When you receive your first reward, you will be notified via email to set up your account and complete the activation process. 

You can access your PerkUp card and available balance at any time 

Team lunches are an important part of any company culture and PerkUp has made it easy for you to receive lunch rewards and use them wherever you’d like! 

You will be notified of a lunch stipend via email and can accept it into your PerkUp account. 

Once the funds are available in your account, you can enjoy easy access to delivery apps such as DoorDash and UberEats or directly purchase from local restaurants, fast food merchants, cafes, and more. 

Your company’s swag store is available for you 

With your PerkUp funds, you can browse the available catalog and use your funds to purchase company-branded swag! 

Your company can also send swag items as tangible gifts, and any time you receive a swag gift, you will be notified via email. 

Whenever you receive a gift item from your company, you will be notified via email and can then accept it through your PerkUp account. 

If the gift is swappable, you will have the opportunity to choose a different item from PerkUp’s gift catalog that may speak better to you!

What is PerkUp?

Your people are your most important asset (unless you don't have people, in which case they wouldn't be an asset to your company and you probably wouldn't be using PerkUp...). 

At PerkUp, we believe that a happy employee, is a motivated employee. When your team members feel valued, they want to put that same positive emotion and feeling back into their job. That's where we come in. PerkUp creates and provides the freedom for each member of your team to feel valued by being provided with funds to purchase the things that they love - no strings attached. What better way to show you truly value your team member then by giving them funds to spend on the things that they value. 

Long gone are the days of dictating to employees what perks they can and can't have. In turn, long gone are the days of employees feeling undervalued and unengaged by their employers. With PerkUp, your team will never feel that way again and as a result, your team will wind up producing at a higher and more efficient level than you've ever seen before.

Improving engagement with PerkUp

Unlike a traditional perk program that might only offer a select number of vendors or services, a perk program sets parameters and puts the choice in the hands of your team. 

There are three components of a perk program:

 How much can the team spend within the given period?

 How long does the team have to spend their budget?

In PerkUp, you can quickly select $20, $40, or $60 as the budget for a program. If you'd like, you can select "Custom" to create a custom program budget.

Most often, programs are monthly, but sometimes you'll want to create a one-time or annual program. Also, budgets do not roll over between the frequencies period. We believe the team should make an effort to maximize their value during each program period. 

Select one or multiple approved categories for a specific program.

Yes! You can create one or multiple programs to make up your company's perk program.
