Understanding your company balance
You will notice 3 different numbers when viewing your company balance. These include Balance, Outstanding funds, and Difference:
1. Balance: This reflects how much money is currently available to be spent.
2. Outstanding Funds: This shows how much money’s worth of rewards has been sent out.
3. Difference: This is the result of your balance being subtracted from your outstanding funds. A negative difference implies that company funds of that amount need to be added to compensate for the sent rewards.
In this case, Acme Inc. has a $149.21 balance that’s available to be spent but has sent $174.07 worth of rewards (the outstanding amount).
If all recipients were to spend their rewards, Acme Inc. would need to add a minimum of $24.86 (the difference amount) to the company balance for successful transactions to be made.
Please note that if the company balance is not topped up to meet the minimum difference, users can experience declined transactions due to insufficient organization funds.
