What is PerkUp?
PerkUp is an online platform that gives you access to rewards in the form of a virtual Visa card. You can use your perk card to buy products and services from the categories allocated to your reward.
Here are a few tips to help you get started!
How do I access my reward?
When you are given a reward, a message will be sent to your work email address inviting you to sign up for PerkUp. Click the link and follow the instructions to create your account. Once you have activated your card, you will be directed to your own unique membership page which will display your reward, Perk Card, and reward categories.
How do I use my card?
There are two ways to use your Perk Card to buy rewards. For online purchases, apps and subscriptions, you can input your card number directly into the payment method. To access your card number, click “use card” and “reveal” to display your unique Visa number. You can then copy and paste the card number into the website or application you are buying from.
The second option is to add your Perk Card to your Apple Wallet. To do this, open the Apple Wallet app and select + to add a new card. Then, follow the same process as online purchases by entering your card information.
What can I buy?
To discover the perks available to you through your reward, visit the “Popular Perks” page to see the categories you can purchase from. There are over 100 suggested perks on PerkUp, but your options are endless. You can purchase products and services from online, in-person, local, and chain businesses that fall within your reward categories. For example, if you are given a food reward and want to buy coffee from your local coffee shop, you can do that! If you are interested in something specific and aren’t sure if it is an approved perk, click on the “Need help?” button and our team will help you!
