Troubleshooting Login or SSO Access Issues

If you or other users in your organization are experiencing issues logging in to PerkUp through SSO, follow these steps to help us resolve the problem quickly:
1. Capture the Issue
- Record your screen using Loom or a similar tool to show the exact login experience and any error messages.
- Make sure the recording includes the full login attempt from start to finish.
2. Share the Recording
- Send the recording to our support team via Live Support (bottom left-hand corner of PerkUp) or email it to help@perkupapp.com.
3. Schedule a Review Call
- You can book a call with your dedicated Customer Success Manager to walk through the issue in real time and get assistance.
Providing a visual record of the problem helps us diagnose and resolve SSO access issues much faster.
