What is PerkUp?
PerkUp is a swag and gifting platform designed to simplify the way you gift employees, clients, prospects, investors, and partners, as well as manage marketing event swag. PerkUp aims to streamline the entire swag process for your HR and/or marketing teams by managing your swag’s customization, storage, and shipping.
With PerkUp, you can send company swag and easily enter recipient preferences, like sizing, colors, and more, along with shipping details for a smooth, hands-off delivery experience. Here’s what you need to know about managing company swag through PerkUp.
Introduction to company swag
Swag stands for “Stuff We All Get” or even “Souvenirs, Wearables, And Gifts” and can be any product that you can use to promote your company’s brand.
Using your PerkUp account, you can browse PerkUp’s On Demand swag and bulk swag catalog and choose which company-branded merch you’d like to purchase.
With your PerkUp funds, you can browse your company's Swag Store and use your balance to purchase company-branded merch. Swag can be approved as a merchant category in any of your rewards, or you can receive a monetary reward with swag as the sole approved merchant category.
Whenever you receive a swag reward (swag as the sole approved merchant category), any attempted purchase not from the Swag Store will decline automatically.
Important points about your PerkUp Swag Store:
- When completing a swag purchase, you will be prompted to enter your shipping address and sizing preferences. If color options are available for the specific product, you can also decide whicone you'ddd like to opt for before checking out.
- Your company can send swag items as gifts, and any time you receive a swag gift, you will be notified via email to enter the above details and complete the acceptance process; an example of the email you will recieve is:

Do you ship to my country?
To see if we ship to your country, you can check the product info for the item you want to order. You'll find a list of countries where we can ship there. Keep in mind; that some products might not be available for shipping to certain countries
