Rewards Reassignment for Transactions

Our users may have multiple rewards, each with its own budget. However, when making transactions, currently the system does not allow selecting which reward the amount will be deducted from. If you need to reassign a transaction to a different reward, our support team can assist, as long as the following conditions are met:

1. The target reward must apply to the expense category. Ensure that the reward you want to move the transaction to allows this type of expense. If the expense is not eligible under the rules of the target reward, we will not be able to complete the reassignment.

2. The target reward must have available balance. If the reward does not have sufficient funds to cover the full transaction, reassignment will not be possible.

3. The reward must not be expired. If the target reward has expired, the transaction cannot be moved to that budget.

4. The reassignment must be complete. Transactions cannot be reassigned partially. The entire transaction must be moved to the new reward, or it will remain as is.

How to Request a Reassignment?

If you meet these requirements and wish to proceed, please contact our support team with the transaction details and the reward to which you want it reassigned.
