This article explains how bulk swag pricing works — minimums, quantity tiers, and the fees that show up on your order total — so you know what to expect before you check out.
Are there minimum quantities for bulk orders?
Yes. Bulk products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) that varies by product, and pricing is quantity-tiered — the more units you order, the lower your per-unit price typically gets. Minimums and tier pricing are shown on each product as you build your cart at Bulk orders, since they differ from item to item.
Can I order fewer units than the minimum to try a product first?
Yes. Sample orders of quantity 1 are allowed and skip the usual minimum entirely, so you can check quality, fit, and decoration before committing to a full production run.
What fees show up on a bulk order total?
Your order total itemizes several possible line items so you can see exactly what you're paying for:
Subtotal — the product cost at your quantity tier.
Setup fee — a one-time charge for preparing the decoration (for example, setting up a print or embroidery run) for a given design.
Bundling fee — a charge that can apply when items are packaged or bundled together.
Shipping — based on package size, weight, and destination.
Tax
Processing fee
Discounts — if applicable, shown as a reduction to the total.
Not every order will include every line item — setup and bundling fees, for instance, depend on the products and decorations in your cart.
How do I pay for a bulk order?
You can pay from your org balance, a credit card, or invoice, and choose which billing entity the charge applies to during checkout. See "Finding, viewing, and paying your invoices" if you're paying by invoice, or "Adding funds to your PerkUp account" if you want to top up your org balance before checking out.
Why don't prices show up until I build my cart?
Pricing depends on the specific product, decoration, and quantity tier you select, so exact minimums and per-unit costs vary by item rather than following one flat rate across the catalog. Add products to your cart at Bulk orders to see the current minimum and tiered pricing for each one before you check out.
