This article explains where to find your PerkUp invoices, how to check whether one is paid, and how to pay or download it. You need admin access to view billing information.
Where do I find my invoices?
All of your organization's invoices live on the Billing page. The Billing page lists every invoice with its date, invoice number, status (paid or open), and amount. If your organization has more than one billing entity, use the entity picker at the top of the page to switch between them — each entity has its own invoice list.
You can also see invoices from a single account. Open that account's page and go to the Invoices tab, which shows the same information filtered to invoices generated by that account.
How do I tell if an invoice is paid?
Each invoice on the Billing page shows a status of either paid or open. An open invoice still needs payment. Invoices are due Net-30 by default unless your organization has different terms set up — your current terms are shown on the Billing page.
How do I pay an invoice?
Click any invoice to open its hosted invoice page. This page is hosted by Stripe, so you'll pay on a secure Stripe-hosted invoice page rather than inside PerkUp itself. From there you can:
Pay by credit card (3% processing fee, $3.00 minimum fee)
Pay by bank transfer (no fee) — include the invoice number in your transfer memo so the payment automatically matches to the invoice
Funds become available in your PerkUp account once the payment completes: immediately after a card payment is processed, or once your bank transfer has settled.
How do I download an invoice as a PDF?
Open the invoice from the Billing page to reach its hosted invoice page, then use the download option there to save it as a PDF. This is also where you'll find the invoice for your records if you need to share it with your finance team.
Why don't I see an invoice I'm expecting?
Invoices are created automatically whenever you add funds to an account — check that you're looking at the correct billing entity using the picker at the top of the Billing page, since each entity keeps a separate invoice list. If you still can't find an invoice you're expecting, contact support through the messenger with the approximate date and amount so we can help locate it.
Why can't I see the Billing page at all?
Viewing and paying invoices requires admin access. If invoicing is hidden for your role, ask an existing admin at your organization to either grant you admin access or handle the payment on your behalf.
Paying by bank transfer? Include the invoice number in your transfer memo. If the memo is missing, the payment is applied to the oldest outstanding invoice of the same amount.
