This article explains what it means when a product option is unavailable or out of stock, and what to do if the size or item you want isn't selectable.

Why can't I select a certain size or color?

When you're choosing a product in your reward, each option (like size or color) shows one of three states. Selectable options are ready to order. Unavailable means that specific combination doesn't exist for this product — for example, a color that was never made in a certain size. Out of stock means the option existed but is temporarily unavailable to order. In all three cases, you can still choose a different option that is selectable.

Will I be told when an out-of-stock item is back?

No. Restock dates aren't shown to members, so there's no way to check back or get notified when an item returns. If something you want is out of stock, the fastest path is to pick an available alternative from the same reward now, rather than waiting.

What are my options if nothing available fits what I want?

Can I get an out-of-stock item held or reserved for me?

No. There's no reservation or waitlist feature for out-of-stock items. Since restock timing isn't visible to members, the reliable option is to select an alternative that's currently available.

Where can I see what's still available in my reward?

Open your reward link and browse the product options directly — only selectable options can be added to your order. If you're unsure why an option isn't selectable, it's either a combination that doesn't exist for that product or a temporary stock issue, and choosing a different available option is the way forward in both cases.
