This article explains what to do if you ordered the wrong size, and how size exchanges work for PerkUp orders.

Where do I choose my size when redeeming a reward?

Size is a variant you select at redemption, alongside color and other options, before you complete checkout. Check the size guide before confirming your order — items are produced for the size you select, and that choice is final once the order is placed.

Can I exchange an item if I chose the wrong size?

No. If you selected a size at redemption and it doesn't fit, PerkUp cannot offer an exchange or replacement. There are no exceptions to this — because the item is produced on demand for the size you chose, that decision can't be undone once the order is placed. Double-checking the size guide before you confirm your order is the only way to avoid this.

Can I exchange an item if I received the wrong size?

Yes — but only if this is what happened. A size exchange is available only when you received a different size than the one you ordered (a fulfillment error on our end). If that's the case, contact support through the messenger on this help center or in the app with:

  • Your order number

  • The size shown on your order confirmation

  • A photo of the size tag on the item you received

Support will confirm the mismatch and arrange the correct size at no cost to you. See PerkUp's order policies for the full policy.

What if my reward hasn't been claimed yet?

If you haven't claimed your reward yet and just want to pick a different size of the same product, simply select the correct size before you complete checkout — no exchange is needed. If you'd rather have a completely different item, and your sender has enabled it, you can swap your reward for another product or convert it to balance instead, before you claim it.
