How to manage your team in PerkUp

Staying organized with your team is easy on PerkUp! Read on to learn how to efficiently manage your people so you can easily send rewards and gifts.

How to navigate the employee directory

1. Navigate to the  People  tab on the left-hand toolbar:

2. Search for individuals via the search bar or apply certain filters to narrow down your search. Search for employees through these categories:

Status - in terms of their activity in the company PerkUp account:

Role - the level of access individuals have within the company PerkUp account:

Label - Find individuals based on the created  labels :

3. Click on any individual’s name to open a pop-up with their information and edit any field with ease:

It’s important to keep user details up to date (e.g. birthday, work anniversary date) so you never miss an important moment of celebration and the opportunity to reward your people.

4. You can view any individuals that have been assigned to you via the Direct Reports subtab:
