Change your address on an order

It’s very important to verify your shipping address before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee any address changes

In rare cases, if you contact us within a few hours of placing your order, we may be able to update it — but this is not guaranteed. If we cannot change the address, you will need to place a new order at your own cost.

Can I change the delivery address after dispatch?

No. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. This is due to:

  • Logistical processes
  • Package security
  • Carrier regulations

Can I change the delivery address before dispatch?

Possibly. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request a change, but again, we cannot guarantee that it will be applied. Whether or not the change is possible depends entirely on timing and order status at the moment we receive your request.

How do I request an address change?

  1. Contact Customer Support Immediately – Reach out as soon as possible with your order number and the new delivery address.
  2. Provide Accurate Information – Double-check that the new address is complete and correct.
  3. Wait for Confirmation – Our support team will review your request and let you know if the change could be applied.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review your shipping details before placing an order. Since address changes cannot be guaranteed, you may be responsible for placing a new order if the original cannot be updated. Our support team is here to assist with any questions.
