How to Track Your Order

When you place an order for swag or a gift, you’ll receive updates at every stage—from confirmation to delivery.
Order Updates You’ll Receive
- Order confirmation: Sent immediately after placing your order.
- In-transit notifications: When your items are on the move.
- Out for delivery: When your order is scheduled to arrive that day.
- Delivery confirmation: When your order has been delivered.
- Issue alerts: If there are any problems during shipment.
You may receive these updates by both email and text message.
Tracking in Your PerkUp Account
- Log in to your PerkUp account.
- Go to the Transactions tab.
- In the table, view your order’s tracking link, carrier, and latest courier checkpoint.
- Click the transaction for full tracking history, including:
- All shipment checkpoints (departure, stops, arrival).
- Estimated delivery date.
Multiple Fulfillments
Some orders may be split into multiple shipments, for example:
- On Demand Swag items shipping from different facilities.
- Warehoused items fulfilled from more than one warehouse.
In these cases:
- Each fulfillment will have its own tracking number.
- You can view which items are included in each shipment by clicking into the transaction in your account.
- Tracking information will be displayed for each fulfillment separately.
