Each product page in your reward shows the specs that are available for that item, such as materials, dimensions, or other details the product listing includes. Check the product page first — the details shown there are the most accurate and up to date for that specific item.
What if the product page doesn't answer my question?
If you need more detail than what's on the product page — for example, a question about print quality, exact measurements not listed, or fabric composition that isn't shown — contact support through the messenger in this help center or in the app. Include the product name and your question so support can look into it for you.
Can I ask about print quality before ordering?
Yes. If you have a question about how a design or logo will print on a product before you place your order, reach out through the messenger with the product name and your question. Anything beyond what's listed on the product page routes to support rather than being answered in-app.
