Why don't I see this exact list when I redeem a reward?

Availability is set per product, not as one global PerkUp country list — each item in your reward has its own list of countries it can ship to, so a country appearing above doesn't guarantee every product ships there. When you open your reward, you only see the products that ship to your country. If none of the products in that reward ship where you live, you'll see "No gifts available in your country," even if your country is generally supported.

If the country shown in your reward flow is wrong — for example, you moved or it was set up incorrectly — use the country selector to correct it, and your available products will refresh.

If your country is correct but genuinely isn't supported, do the following:

  1. Verify your country against PerkUp's supported countries list.

  2. Contact the person who sent you the reward — they can arrange an alternative, such as different products or converting the gift to balance where enabled.
