My Perk Card shows expired — how do I get a new one?

Cards renew automatically, but if yours still shows an expired date, here's the fast fix.

Written by Thomas Mirmotahari

Perk Cards are designed to renew automatically as their expiry date approaches — see "My card is expiring — what happens?". If your card still shows an expired date and transactions are declining, contact support through the messenger and we'll issue a fresh virtual card on the spot; the new card details can take up to 15 minutes to appear in your account.

After a reissue

  • The old card number stops working immediately.

  • Re-add the new card to Apple Wallet or Google Pay — wallet entries don't update on their own.

  • Update any subscriptions or saved checkouts that used the old number.

  • Your balance and rewards carry over automatically — there's nothing to re-activate.

The same reissue fixes suspected-fraud blocks: we replace the card number, CVC, and expiry so you can keep spending safely.
