Where do invoices go?

Every add-funds action generates an invoice sent to the billing email on your billing entity. Invoices go to that one address — to change it or route invoices to your AP inbox, update the billing entity on the Billing page.

How do I get a copy or a receipt?

Open the invoice from your Billing page — the hosted invoice page lets you download the PDF, and paid invoices double as receipts there.

What do open and paid mean?

Open means payment is still due; paid means the funds have been received and credited. Invoices are due Net-30 by default — your exact terms are shown on the Billing page, and different terms (Net 7 to Net 60, or custom) can be arranged with your CSM.

Paying by bank transfer

Include the invoice number in your transfer memo. If the memo is missing, the payment is matched to the oldest outstanding invoice of the same amount. Credit-card payments carry a 3% processing fee ($3.00 minimum); bank transfers have no fee.

Vendor forms and W-9s

Need PerkUp set up in your AP system? See "Requesting a W-9 or vendor documentation" — we'll provide the paperwork your finance team needs.
