Can I download a W-9 from PerkUp directly?
No. PerkUp does not have an in-product download for a W-9 or other vendor documentation. To get a current copy, contact support using the messenger on this help center or in the app and ask for the document you need.
What documents can I request?
Support and your Customer Success Manager can provide:
W-9 (U.S. taxpayer identification)
Vendor setup or onboarding forms your finance or procurement team requires
Security documentation, such as our SOC 2 Type II compliance summary
If your finance team needs a document not listed here, describe what you need when you reach out and support will point you to the right resource or contact.
Why isn't this available as a self-serve download?
Vendor documents like a W-9 can change (for example, if our legal entity details are updated), so PerkUp routes these requests through support instead of hosting a static file that could go out of date. Requesting it directly ensures you always receive the current version.
How do I request a W-9 or vendor documentation?
Open the messenger on this help center or in the PerkUp app.
State which document you need (for example, "W-9" or "vendor security questionnaire").
Include your company name and, if you have one, your Customer Success Manager's name.
Support will send the document or connect you with your CSM. If you need it for a specific deadline, mention that in your message so it can be prioritized.
