This article explains where to check how much swag you have stocked and where it's stored.
Where do I see my swag inventory?
Go to Swag → Inventory. The Inventory tab lists every stocked product you have, along with per-warehouse levels so you know exactly what's on hand at each PerkUp warehouse. You need admin access to view this page.
What do "available," "committed," and "on hand" mean?
Each stocked product in Inventory shows three numbers per warehouse:
On hand — the total physical quantity currently sitting in that warehouse.
Committed — units already allocated to an order, redemption page, or kit that hasn't shipped yet.
Available — what's left to allocate to new orders (on hand minus committed).
These numbers are synced from the fulfillment system, so they reflect what's physically in the warehouse rather than what's shown in your swag store.
Why does a product show low or zero availability?
A product's available count drops as units get committed to orders, kit builds, or redemption pages, and rises when a new shipment is checked in at the warehouse. If a product you expect to have in stock is showing zero available, check whether recent orders or redemption pages have committed the remaining units, or see "Restocking: sending inventory to a PerkUp warehouse" for how to send more inventory to a warehouse.
Which products show up in Inventory?
Only stocked products appear here — products you've sent to a PerkUp warehouse, either through a restock shipment or a bulk order allocated to a warehouse. On-demand catalog products are printed per order and hold no inventory, so they won't appear on this tab.
What if my inventory numbers look wrong?
If the levels in Inventory don't match what you expect, contact support through the messenger on this help center or in the app. Include the product name and the warehouse involved so support can check the underlying fulfillment records.
The Inventory tab also shows your warehousing rates and a projection of your upcoming warehousing bill, so finance isn't surprised at month end.
