This article explains how to customize the look of your swag store — templates, colors, fonts, and layout — so it matches your brand.

What is storefront theming?

Storefront theming lets you control the visual design of your swag store, the page where members spend their leftover swag-eligible reward balance. Instead of the default look, you can apply your own template, colors, fonts, and imagery so the store feels like part of your brand. Changes appear in a live preview as you make them, and once you save, every member sees the themed store.

What can I customize?

The storefront appearance editor covers the following:

  • Template: choose between two starting layouts, Classic or Boutique.

  • Colors: set the background, surface, text, and accent colors.

  • Fonts: choose separate heading and body fonts from a library of Google fonts, system fonts, or your own uploaded brand fonts.

  • Corner radius: control how rounded buttons and cards appear.

  • Hero image and layout: add a header image and choose how it's arranged on the page.

  • Announcement bar: add a text banner with its own colors and an optional link.

  • Navigation: configure the store's navigation menu.

  • Footer: add a tagline and social media links.

Every change previews live, so you can see exactly how the store will look before it goes out to your team.

Where do I find the appearance editor?

Open your swag store settings and go to appearance — the editor is available there by default, with no separate setup step. From there you can start customizing your template, colors, fonts, and layout.

Do all members see the same theme?

Yes. Storefront theming applies at the organization level. Once you configure and save a theme, it replaces the default look for every member who visits the swag store — there's no way to show different themes to different members or collections.

Does theming change which products are in my store?

No. Storefront theming only changes the visual appearance of your swag store — colors, fonts, layout, and branding elements. Which products and collections appear in the store is controlled separately, through your published collections — see "Setting up your swag store".

What do I need to get started?

You need admin access to configure the storefront theme. If you're uploading brand fonts, have your font files ready before you start — you'll upload them directly in the appearance editor. If you don't have brand-specific fonts, you can pick from the built-in Google font and system font options instead.
