This article explains how to split a bulk swag order across multiple destinations — offices, PerkUp warehouses, or event locations.
Can I ship one bulk order to multiple addresses?
Yes. When you build a bulk order at Bulk orders, the shipping allocations step lets you split the order across as many destinations as you need. This is the answer to the common case of sending, for example, 10 bottles to each of your offices in one order instead of placing separate orders per location.
What types of destinations can I allocate to?
You can split quantities across three kinds of destinations in the same order:
Addresses — ship directly to an office, a recipient's home, or any other physical address.
PerkUp warehouses — stock the items as inventory instead of shipping them out immediately, so you can hold stock for later distribution. See Inventory to track stocked levels once received.
Event locations — ship to a venue or event address for a specific date.
How do I set up allocations for a single order?
During checkout, work through the shipping allocations step:
Decide how many units of each product go to each destination.
Add every destination you need — mix and match addresses, warehouses, and event locations within the same order.
Confirm the quantities add up to what's in your cart before moving to approval.
Success looks like every unit in your cart assigned to a destination, with no unallocated quantity left over, before the order moves to approval.
What happens to items I send to a warehouse?
Items allocated to a PerkUp warehouse are stocked as inventory rather than shipped out right away. You can see stocked levels — available, committed, and on hand — on the Inventory tab. Keeping stock at a warehouse incurs a storage fee charged to your funding account.
Can I change allocations after I've placed the order?
No. Shipping allocations can't be edited once you've checked out. If you need to adjust destinations or quantities after checkout, contact your PerkUp account manager with your order number and the change you need.
