This article explains how to shop Amazon's catalog from inside PerkUp using your reward balance, and what the return policy covers.

If your organization has this enabled and it's available in your country, you can search Amazon's catalog directly inside PerkUp at my.perkupapp.com/amazon and spend your reward balance on eligible items. PerkUp places the order on Amazon Business on your behalf — you never need a personal Amazon account. You'll get confirmation and shipping updates by email as your order moves along.

Availability depends on your country, and some organizations choose to hide Amazon shopping entirely. If you don't see the option in your account, either it isn't available where you are or your organization hasn't enabled it — reach out to your admin to confirm.

PerkUp cannot support Amazon returns related to sizing, address changes, or buyer's remorse. Contact PerkUp Support within 14 days if the order arrived defective/damaged or has not arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. To start a return under these conditions, message support through the messenger on this help center or in the app with your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the item and packaging.

If an Amazon order is rejected or becomes unavailable after you place it, PerkUp automatically refunds it to your balance and sends you an email letting you know the order was cancelled. You don't need to do anything to trigger this refund.

In-app Amazon shopping is not the same as buying an Amazon gift card. With Amazon shopping, PerkUp places and manages the order for you inside the app. An Amazon gift card instead gives you a code that you redeem yourself on Amazon's own site, just like any other Amazon gift card.
